Subscriptions are non-refundable. Service is activated on the next scheduled business day following confirmed payment. The first advisory is sent during the next scheduled advisory cycle after activation.

Gift subscriptions use automatic recurring billing. The purchaser manages the subscription and payments, while each designated recipient receives advisories at their registered telephone number.
Away Mode
Travelling? Active automatically renewing subscribers can add advisories for another supported location without interrupting their regular service.

Away Mode is available only to eligible recurring subscriptions. It uses the existing registered telephone number. Mobile network accessibility and roaming arrangements remain the subscriber's responsibility.
Frequently Asked Questions
When will my subscription begin?
After payment confirmation, activation occurs on the next scheduled business day. Your first advisory follows during the next scheduled advisory cycle.
Can I choose my delivery time?
Advisories are submitted according to the established schedule for each location. Individual delivery times cannot be customized.
Can I change my telephone number?
Subscriptions are linked to the registered telephone number and cannot be transferred. A different number requires a new subscription.
Can I receive advisories by email?
AquadaCast weather advisories are delivered exclusively by SMS. Email is available for customer support, not advisory delivery.
Can I suspend my subscription?
Subscription suspensions are not available. You may cancel future automatic renewals through the website. Existing paid entitlement remains subject to the cancellation policy.
Do you offer family discounts?
Each registered telephone number requires an individual subscription. One purchaser may sponsor multiple recurring gift subscriptions.
Can you provide forecasts for future events?
AquadaCast provides scheduled daily advisories. Individualized five-day or seven-day event forecasts are not part of the service.
Does the service cover my village?
AquadaCast can provide weather advisories for locations around the world. Our currently provisioned locations reflect the requests we have received from subscribers. Please specify your desired location when completing the registration form. Be as precise as possible, including the nearest major town or city and the state, province, or region.
